liked the floor plans on this website. actual pdf of plans is poor quality, details are not readable. No inside elevations of cabinets and bathrooms. no 3d views for outside and inside are available with most of the plans.
The customer service rep stayed in contact with me and answered all of my questions. Really she was awesome. This is my first experience building a home, and she was patient and kind.

We found the exact house we wanted to build. All the options were easy pop downs to pick. We are excited to start building we had the plans within 24 hours of purchase.

The houseplan we found was great, and the provider was very reasonable and cooperative in adding the changes we wanted.
Read the fine print. The "square footage" is not the actual square footage. We were looking for a house under 2500 square feet and found one that was listed as 2300 sqft. Turns out it is 4475 sqft. after all the extras. Our budget was $300k and after we paid for our plans we found out the actual square footage and the cost analysis was over $500k because the actual square footage is double what was shown on the site. So now we are out over $2k on plans we can't use
