Houseplans is a helpful site with a quick and courteous staff. They have a wide variety of plans and resources that bridge the gap between home owners and builders with designers who have licensed their plans out to make building easier. The site is comprehensively designed to answer a lot of questions. The prices are reasonable and the services can get pricey if you are modifying but the plans are easily modified locally and used for building a home. The amount of information made available to the builder of a specific plan is actually enormous and it’s pretty easy to decide if the site and available plans are within your wheelhouse. It was perfect for us.
