They made sure we were thinking the same why when I changed the plan a little. And had good suggestions. They were quick to respond as well.

I left a voice message with my request to add something to my already purchased floor plans. Michele created a cart so I could have an easy purchase. She did a fabulous job!!

I called and asked for the designers address/contact information and for a better release showing rights. VERY poor communication, still have not heard back. UPDATE: I heard back from them immediately AFTER (next day) my review here was posted.
