I had to call a friend about what to order. I talked to a customer service person a few days ago. I asked him to call me back because I needed some help buying the plan. I never received a call back.

We took a while deciding on the home we wanted there were so many awesome homes. It was so easy when we decided and was ready to purchase our plans.
I just ordered the $4.99 cost to build report. I used the given coupon code. It was thr first time, my order fit the advertisement prerequisite. At checkout, It tried to bill me $24.98. If they are going to steal $ from me on the very first transaction, I am not sticking around to see what shady stuff is around the corner.

I needed lots of information and to date things have not gone well online. Miss Dominique was stupendous with all the answers to my questions and needs. You have a gem there!!!!!
Experience is ok. Pricing no different than anywhere else and frankly all sites are overpriced. Support is very fast with phone call but markedly slower with email questions (often requires prompt). Designer time lines for incorporating changes way too long to be helpful. All plans that show basement options need to have the stair locations readily available online. Particular plan I purchased with a walkout basement option turned out to flow right to left vs front to back which would have been nice to know and is unexpected enough I never thought of asking.
