Ordered 2 lampshades, both arrived badly stained and defected. Reported 2 weeks ago and chased twice - still no response. They do not care about you or your money. Will not be using this company again.

They have a price match policy but wouldnt match the cheaper price I saw elsewhere, so they dont have a price match policy.

My order was cancelled by houseology with no future date to purchase the product offered. All similar products were subsequently taken down from the website.

Customer Service was extremely unhelpful. They sent out half of my order then realised they couldn't complete the full order. I tried returning the items for weeks but they wouldn't help when the item was stuck in a depot. Told me it was my issue to return the items when it was their original issue of an incomplete order. They took weeks to respond to emails and on the phone wouldn't accept any responsibility or even help by reaching out to their own courier service. This was a really negative experience all around that dragged on for months. Would not recommend dealing with them.

Ordered an item that said in stock mid October to then be told out of stock and January earliest delivery date. Asked for partial refund until delivery - no. Not great experience

Update: received an email saying product has been sent and the proposed day for delivery. The product arrived on that date. Great. Not yet opened it. Will update again tomorrow. Upgrading to three stars for delivery information update and delivery. Original review: Still waiting. No information on my order other than an email letting me know that they will email again when they will dispatch. Nothing so far on that front. But they have chased many times for a review. I would have waited for the product before reviewing, but happy to oblige given the chasers. In the context, one star so far as being asked for reviews rather than being provided with updates on my order is not helpful.

The item advertised on the website was both out of stock and discontinued. The refund came through quickly but it should never have been shown as available

I purchased a rug which as most rugs do when new, shed. However several weeks later after vacuuming twice sometimes more times a day it still sheds.... a lot, covering clothes, other furniture within hrs.

Their selection of mustards was perfect for redecorating my lounge. I’m in love with mustard at the moment and it was really useful being able to sort the website by colour trends so I could see the large pieces as well as the various accessories that would complement the colours!

I was looking for a pair of bedside tables and found that Houseology ones are really nice and different from others. Will be considering a purchase. Their website is easy to navigate and sleek looking.

Still waiting for a update on my order I had many problems with this company before with the original owners I was hoping new owners would be different
