Appalling service. Delivered incorrect item. I followed up and needed to do much of the running re. organising a delivery to pick up the incorrect item/deliver the correct item only to have them deliver AGAIN the exact same incorrect item. They have made a number of administrative errors and have so far not processed my refund....over a month later. Would never recommend and will not purchase from them again. The staff I dealt with have been polite but incompetent.

I had reviewed trustpilot reviews before purchasing. Purchased mirror on 12/1/19 for delivery to Belfast NI. Paid £28 shipping charges for NI delivery with a two week wait. Even with delivery price cheapest online. Money was taken out of my account immediately. Two weeks came and went with no dispatch notification. On 11/2 after chasing up the order I was emailed to state shipping would now be £115.92. In fairness Houseology did offer to cover part of this but requested an additional £33.96. Would not have purchased if informed at purchase that delivery would be £115 or even £60. Requested cancellation and told refund would be up to 10 days. After further follow up received refund today. Positives - customer service was pleasant, responded to emails in a timely fashion. Negatives - massive hike in delivery charges over 1 mths after payment taken, dispatch dates not accurate, money taken immediately from my credit card so I’ve paid >1mth interest on my purchase which in the end up we cancelled. Advice - proceed with caution if you live in NI UK.

I placed an order for a clock which arrived with the glass lens broken in transit. I emailed Houseology and they got back to me within the 48hrs they promised and they replaced it, the new one arriving the following day. You can't argue with that!

I dont think they deserve even one star. They are very helpful, friendly, communicative and all the rest before you place your order and if your order goes smoothly then well done. Mines didn't. They delivered my dining table without the legs. So i got just the top alone. And thats when the nightmare started. They didnt care less and were not apologetic at all. The supervisor refused to come on to the phone to me to resolve the matter and in the end I just asked for a refund. I had to call and message them countless number of times to arrange a pick up and refund! Its been a week now since the table top has been picked up and now I am not getting an answer from any one about when the money will be in my account. I have never ever come across such shocking service. I bought my coffee table from Rose & Grey. If anyone is looking for great products with outstanding service please check them out.

I had a bit of a problem with one order not being the quality I expected. I contacted the customer services team who were amazing!!! Super helpful and great communication. Thank you Lisa for all your help. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before I looked at ordering from this company. The low ratings just go to show the poor service you will receive. I run my own website business and if I treated my customers the way I have been treated, I wouldn't have a business. I purchased a coffee table in January with the knowledge that I would have to wait until the 6th February before I was notified of the dispatch. I called on the 6th February for an update and was told I would receive a telephone call on the 8th - I did not receive one. I called again on the 12th February to be told that your would speak to your warehouse and get back to me the same day - I did not receive a phone call. I emailed to then receive a response saying they are short staffed - not my concern. I was told I would receive a call to arrange my delivery w/c 20th Feb - still not received one. I will be cancelling my order and I just hope that I do not have to wait the length of time seen in the Trustpilot reviews for my refund as it is not acceptable service.

Very good customer service at this company. Had a few issues regarding delivery but Ashton Dobie and Nicholas Thumath quickly sorted it out and the problem was solved. Would thoroughly recommend.

There have been some issues with the product but the service aspect was handled by Ashton Dobie and he has been efficient helpful and informative right the way through the process. My light is now working fine.

Houseology have been extremely professional and on the ball after the courier lost our parcel. They are very efficient and their email correspondence it fast and easy to read. I would definitely purchase items from them in the future

The products and website are great, but also the customer service is highly personalised, responsive, and takes action rather than just platitudes if there is ever a problem (particularly Lisa higham). Highly recommend.

The Customer Service Team at Houseology are excellent at their job. They resolved a tricky delivery saga professionally and thoughtfully to make sure I had two perfect chairs for Christmas. It's when things don't go to plan that you learn how good a company is and other retailers could learn a lot from this one!
