I can’t speak highly enough of Lisa at houseology she could not have been more efficient and helpful when I ordered my two sofas and when I had one little problem she sorted it out very quickly .I wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again and their products are of the highest quality thank you once again June Richardson

Saw this wine rack some time ago and it locked in my memory of likes. Just moved to a new house and wanted to treat it to a present ( as you do ) Opened to browse the web and less than a minute hey presto. 30 seconds later bought and sorted. Becky Hassan at Houseology was absolutely amazing! I wanted some pieces delivered to a rural part of Italy. She arranged a very reasonable international delivery which arrived within 7 days without issue! Amazing!! Will definitely be returning to Houseology and Becky! Thank you.

I ordered some tables which were not only delayed but then arrived damaged. Numerous emails with no response but it transpires my email was rejecting them which is fair enough - everything was finally sorted out to my satisfaction.

Absolutely fell in love with the two lamps I ordered. However the delivery providers were worse than useless and it took nearly three months to sort. But sorted it was, very quickly and adeptly by some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. The lovely Lisa kept me informed along the way with her polite, friendly and professional emails and perused matters to a happy conclusion. I’d happily use Houseology again for this reason. My concierge bent over backwards to accommodate my requirements. She was helpful, polite, friendly and responded quickly to all my communications. She was proactive, attentive and Client focused. Couldn't have asked for more. It has been a pleasure dealing Houseology.

We purchased a garden table and chairs via Houseology. One of the chairs arrived damaged and Houseology provided great customer service liaising with the Italian furniture company to get replacement parts.

Great service from Alexandria. I had a problem with part of my order. A replacement was sent within days and our problem was resolved. All correspondence was prompt and helpful.

All thats glitters does not shine!.....stay away Very poor, took a order for some lighting, which was advertised on the website, Houseology specified 5 weeks for delivery, waited 5 weeks, nothing was delivered, chased it up to find that they had no stock at the mfgr and that i would have to wait a further 10 days for a refund. Looks like they may have problems if they are using customers money on refunds to cashflow thier business.

I received a very good customer service throughout. I was kept up to date regularly on when my Lamp would be back in stock & also the relevant delivery date. Am now a happy customer!

Fantastic service from the staff at Houseology. I can’t rate them enough. I purchased three Tom Dixon barstools and to cut a long story short the staff....particularly Becky Hassan, customer services manager and another member of staff named Johanna, were incredibly professional, patient and supportive in terms of supporting my order and answering my queries. Will definitely be a returning customer. 👍🏻
