Slight problem with the website which meant the order was wrong but the after sales service was excellent and the problem was quickly sorted out.

My bedside cabinet arrived in a crumpled cardboard box and that combined with a lack of adequate internal protection and the tender mercies of the courier, meant it was broken. However a quick phone call to Laureen brought a quick reaction and as I write, a new unit should be arriving soon with a minimum of fuss. Good service from this lady!

I bought the Delano Console and it arrived broken. Its been over a month now and they just will not take any action, I have tried talking, writing, calling, and they will not solve it. This is just not right towards customers. Will never buy here again. I sent the pictures Houseology asked for 18 days ago and nothing has happened since.

Great customer service throughout the purchasing process. I have ordered a rug from Houseology and I have received a lot of assistance from Tracey, she was very responsive and did a price match when I found the same rug on another website. Jason was overlooking the delivery and the rug arrived few days sooner than expected which was a bonus.Overall good experience, going to shop with them again.

Great customer service. Friendly and efficient. My only criticism would be that the company charges for delivery and return. If you don’t like an item it becomes an expensive transaction.

Ashton Dobie helped to resolve my return very efficiently - and it wasn't very straightforward. Will place further orders with Houseology now I am confident if there is a problem with an item from a supplier, they do sort it out.

I had ordered the wrong size pendant light fitting and was concerned about cancelling my order. I spoke to Jason who was very helpful and reassuring and arranged for my refund. I will happily order again with confidence as Houseology are a good company to deal with.

I would like to recommend Houseology for their choice of good quality furnishings and accessories. I ordered the wrong size cushions and didn't realise until I'd placed my order and paid. Lisa dealt with the change in order very professionally and swiftly. She even arranged for the bulk of my order to arrive in time for my birthday even though it fell on the bank holiday weekend. She arranged for the delivery to be received on the Friday. Houseology should be proud to have employees like Lisa! Looking forward to receiving the cushions later this week! I would order again without hesitation.
