Quick response to support - accurate and helpbl
It took to long for support to understand that issue was not my devices but the actual virtual location in Colombia. Even though I explained clearly in first emails that I have tried in several devices even outside of home and still gave me the wrong around answer to check tour device version . Re installed all that pre-populated typical answers from an IT support department.
