Richard sort out my boiler leak problem. After the previous two visits by another engineer prove unsuccessful. Richard is a very considerate person listen to what I have to say about the problem. He even takes time to call me the next day to follow up to make sure we are OK. A first class heating engineer. Thanks so much for your help.
