Attempts to contact for a wrong shipping address on my part have not been acknowledged- three calls! This is third order from Hinge Outlet. Phone answers were not helpful- referred me ONLY to a website which again offered no help. Why can’t a person answer the phone!!! What happened to my order now going to wrong address?

My order arrived on time, it was well packed and received no shipping damage (BIG PLUS), product was of quality and exactly as described. I had already had to return product from another company because of their poor quality. These new hinges made my kitchen look amazing. My only problem was with some of the screws for the install, they kept braking off when I was installing them -- the head of the screw would SNAP right off. I lost 6 of them. Higher quality screws because I could use more product. Thank you.

The selection of hinges for our 1750 colonial is excellent and fairly priced. Shipping arrived at a reasonable time. At first I paid for them individually, and when I realized there was a lower price for multiples. They quickly refunded the difference.

I found the specialty hinges that I needed for a big project and ordered one set to check if they worked well. They came with 1" screws, which also worked well. So I ordered 4 more sets of the same, but they arrived with 5/8" screws, which were too short to hold well. I emailed, told them the situation, and they sent a full set of 1" screws immediately. I'm happy with the service.

They dont carry the hinge support I needed, the texh person for the hinge outlet gave me the tech personals number from the supplier they use to get their inventory from and we were able to find a part that they had that would work for the project I have. They gave me a part number that the hinge outlet could order for me. It made everything a whole lot easier. Other places I tried said, sorry we don't carry a hinge support that will work with that chest top that heavy/large.

Getting hold of a sales person was not easy. I had to call four times over the course of a week to finally talk to someone. Once that was done, the order was placed efficiently. Just surprising that a sales office does not pick up the phone almost instantly. But, I don't know, maybe it's a small operation.
