Would have given 5 stars but a vital piece of information was not listed. I needed to know what the tape measure was made out of. I bought 2 in hopes of them being what I need. Other than that it was quick and simple. Nice easy checkout. No crazy upsells.

There's no place on their website to upload a resellers permit or a PO# to reference for billing and our shipping/receiving department. UPDATE: I received a call within 24 hours and was informed that these options are currently being worked on to make the online purchasing more convenient. I purchased some hinges that appeared to be in stock. I didn't get any notices that that was going to be a problem. Then when it was about time to check parts and everything to do the job the hinges were not in. Ordered 3-4 weeks prior. I could not get in touch with the folks at Hinge Outlet left a message etc. several times. Anyway I came to find out that the Hinge Outlet folks were calling me back but I was hanging up on them because I didn't recognize the number. And also not giving them time to leave a message. The number that they called me on was a different number than the one I use to call them. It turned out to be a good thing in the long run because I didn't buy enough hinges to do the job and they helped me buy a lower cost hinge which saved me a lot of $$$. In the end I had all the hinges in time to do the job. So it looked bad at first but then it ended up better.

Second time using this company for hinges in my home. Perfect for hinges and screws. Fast service and on-time delivery.
