The website was not clear on shipping and arrival times for the purchased product. I paid extra for expedited shipping, and still did not receive the product for weeks. By the time the items arrived, the project for which we purchased them had already been completed -- we had to buy other items to use. Very disappointed - I would not use this site again.
Quick response and very helpful. The only issue was I was told they didn't carry 316 stainless screws but then was told by another employee that they did. Good quality and fair price.
hinge outlet had the exact cabinet hinges i needed. Unfortunately i,m from out of the country and the shipping was extremely high. Hinge outlet doesn't control the shipping rates though, so i had to pay it.
