This is probably the easiest fix I've had this year. Thank you Hinge Outlet for the design that is perfect for the job.

Recently completed my 2nd purchase from Hinge Outlet. (Eight pairs of butt hinges for a pantry cabinet I was building.) Shortly after completing my order, I realized I'd ordered the wrong finish. I contacted Hinge Outlet that day (Friday evening) to try and make the correction. I received an email from them on Sunday evening to let me know it had been done!

The hinges were fine, but the description was misleading and the hinge was not the size that I anticipated. I wish all vendors supplied a dimensioned drawing rather than two measurements that don't indicate which is height and which is width. Since I can use the hinges for something else and because the quality of the hinges is adequate for most other things, I will be keeping them.

when I realized that I needed a third pair of stainless hinges and asked that I get another pair that matched my previous order and referenced that order. The lady took the order and when I received them, they were not exactly the same, but I used them anyway to finish my project.

The hinges that I ordered are listed on the order confirmation as "Satin Brass" and "Satin Nickel". I am not sure which I will receive. There was also no apparent method to cancel/change my order after it was placed. I hope the hinges that I receive will be what I want.
