I have used this company for quite a few years but since the start of the pandemic it has been frustrating when ringing to place an order it takes a long time to answer my call. This is not an isolated occasion. Also the delivery of my order takes up to a week or more to receive. When I mentioned this a few times it is either this or the postal strike. This has not affected other companies in the same way. When placing my order they have always been polite and friendly.I am still very happy with the products I buy.

Haven't received order yet but already asked for a review. Taking too long to arrive

After placing an order on 28 November last year which did not arrive, I was finally told I would be refunded on 23 December after having emailed customer services numerous times. I have still not received my refund, despite following up with Higher Nature on two further occasions. Will never order from this company again - service is non existent.

On time delivery and product so far seems to be good.

The coating on the Q10 tablet does not dissolve, either in the stomach - GP can confirm - or in the pocket of a dressing gown washed at 60 degrees. Both tablets available for inspection. The tablets are totally useless. I have been a customer for over 20years and now wonder if any/ all purchases have been a complete waste of time and money.

The product I normally use (All Man) was out of stock so I enquired via the chat service if there was a suitable alternative. I was recommended advanced Multi which although I’m sure it is a very good multivitamin, I have now used it and found to not be at all similar to All Man, it seemed much “heavier” and made me belch with an unpleasant taste and turned my urine dark yellow. When I checked the ingredients my suspicions were confirmed so I think this was poor service from the nutritionist. Still waiting for the item I originally wanted to come back into stock even though I was told it was expected last week.

I was very excited about my purchase but, unfortunately, I have not received it so far. It might be due to Christmas period and Royal Mail strikes… but I am still waiting since the 19th of Dec that apparently the parcel was dispatched…
