Ordered 2 items. Both in stock on the site. Only one was actually delivered, and that took about 10 days to arrive. Only then was it apparent the other item wasn't actually in stock. Good job not urgent. Delivery note said they had refunded the out of stock item. They hadn't and i had to chase a few days later. Poor service.

I have been a member for many years but feel that the service is now poor. I placed an order on 25/10/22 but my account shows it is still in"picking". I sent an email querying this but have had no response. The phones are not answered promptly now. Not impressed.

This company is the best in the market. I have been buying for over 10 years. And they have been around a long time. Excellent products! Excellent advice! Speedy delivery! I have never been able to fault them.

Great products, reasonable prices, as always from Higher Nature. Time taken for delivery by Royal Mail frustrating. Our local delivery service does a great "knock and run away" service which makes the delivery time even longer as i have to wait or go and collect at the post centre. Time to try a courier or those packages that can go through a normal letter box?

Have waited weeks on the delivery contacted company who said oh they haven't been shipped yet yes we are moving warehouse thats whats wrong ....still haven't got them over a week later. Service is shocking and I did like the product but it has made me not want to shop with you again as I have been without my tablets for a while now. No excuses as I have received loads of items ordered very recently with others.
