I have been a customer for many years but feel that this may not be the case in the future. The company has changed ownership and now it appears that the regular monthly offers are more limited and the recent price hike on some items was astounding! Even with membership discount it's worth shopping round for these products which surely defeats the object of membership? I'm just wondering if there will be any other changes which will affect customers.
I always feel relaxed and trusting when ordering from Higher Nature.. rarely having to chase anything up.. and good discounts for members too

I have dealt with this company for many years when they were at Burwash and been a loyal customer. . They used to be very helpful but my recent experience when phoning customer services shows that they now don't care at all. They are disgracing the dedication of the founders of the company - Brian and Celia Wright. I will not be ordering from them anymore.

Excellent products! I just wish delivery would be speedier and with more notices so I could arrange alternative delivery places if I’m not around, instead of having to follow missed deliveries at a remote Royal Mail collection office. Other than that, I’m enjoying my supplements 😊
