Excellent first impressions and lovely salesman. Company seemed great up to the point of after sales - particularly inadequate or incompetent workshop repairs and then refused to comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (that’s your and my protection in law). The problem was with rejecting a clearly ‘not fit for purpose’, faulty’ & ‘not as described’ caravan. Owned for 5 months and never able to actually properly use the van. Motor movers failed despite repair & refitting, upholstery needed rebuilding (left me with no cushions), floor wrinkled, loo leaked, outer skin leaked, door handles fell off or broke, door hinges failed. Management was dismissive, intransigent, insulting and delusional. Despite the CR Act being clear, the Director simply refused to accept that it applied to him or his company. This episode and the frequent trips back to Highbridge caused significant stress, money and time. When it was all over I can only say that I felt I’d been mugged. My exposure to Highbridge Caravans ruined my Summer and cost me over £5,000.
