Purchased an incorrectly sized cover for my trailer tent. Highbridge caravans were very quick to accept the item back check it, source the correct size replacement, and return it to me in just days. The problem was caused by the manufacturer, incorrectly labelling my purchase. Highbridge communication throughout was fantastic I felt well taken care of and valued as a customer. A loyal customer has been created.

Ordered an Isabella light weight table on the internet. Unfortunately it arrived damaged, I advised of the damage by email and was contacted by both email and telephone to arrange the delivery of a replacement within a couple of hours The after sales customer service was very good with constant updates Would definitely recommend

Web purchase - having failed to purchase the new Isabella table at the recent NEC caravan show from Isabella themselves, as all their stock had been distributed to dealers and they couldn’t supply until at least the end of June, I found Highbridge Caravans through an internet search of Isabella suppliers, found they had the required item in stock, and placed an order. Communication was first rate, and short delivery time was well inside the time stated. I now have my table for the start of the season thanks to your excellent service. Thank you!
