We were going to purchase a swift super quattro but it fell through on our end I feel so sorry for William the sales man as he went way and beyond expectations to help such a shame we had to go for finance after with another dealer that had some deals on with the van we liked. They were very understanding and my deposit was back in my account with in 24hrs Other wise would definitely recommend Mr and Mrs Evans

I had never had any dealings with Highbridge and they are not local to me as I am in Kent. I had tried to get product info from various places and it was Highbridge that had the answers .. I ordered online as they didn’t do telephone orders fair enough .. ordered Tuesday before lunch, delivered Wednesday .. used ups fantastic I could pick up my product from them as I wasn’t in Package wrapped and packaged very well, great product Would go to them again... extremely impressed ..

Ordered a part on line for my trailer. Unfortunately the part was defective and on contacting Highbridge they were extremely helpful - supplied a replacement immediately and did what they could to solve teh problem. Very happy.

Great with communication and fast delivery would recommend them

I was sold a Bailey caravan from the Devon branch which was unsafe and leaked badly. The hitch was damaged, fridge gas pipes heavily corroded, fridge wiring had completely corroded away and the roof leaked so much the roof, walls and floor were wet. After just a month of ownership we returned the caravan to be told it was not worth repairing because of the extent of the water damage and that we would be refunded. We were offered nothing for our out of pocket expenses, nothing for items we had bought to go with our new caravan that were not transferable. We were offered no apology. To add insult to injury, the caravan was back up for sale at the same money we had paid just two days later. Clearly the repairs to the wet wall, roof and floor panels could not have been made in that amount of time, suggesting to me they are quite happy to sell a knowingly water damaged caravan to another unsuspecting buyer. Buyer beware.
