I knew there would be a long wait to receive my order for Zhoosh,so I have no complaint about that.Sadly,the product itself is not worth the wait.I have short fine hair,have tried using it on wet and dry hair,to no effect.It does give a nice shine,but hair is left flat and without any body.Next day it is lank and needs a wash.
Appalling service. Bought gift vouchers, supposed to arrive within 7 days as stated on their website - they didn't. When contacting their online customer service they told me (changing what is clearly stated on their own website) it was after 7days for both card and E-vouchers (that makes no sense at all most E-vouchers you can buy immediately everywhere else) Tracking the order online, it still has not even been processed let alone dispatched. It has now been after 12days, 8 working days. Have missed the gift date now and had to buy something else. Bought a number of gift vouchers from other companies on the same day all arrived within 3-5 days. VERY DISAPPOINTING and a total waste of time. Doesn't even deserve one star.
Very very cross - feel as though I have been duped! Ordered Zhoosh Foam 12th September and 6 weeks later it still hasn't arrived.
Really really slow delivery and wrong item sent. Very average products. AVOID!
Awful customer service don’t waste your money Read about their mouse in a supplement back in august! Took my money but no products and no offer of a refund will never order anything from this company again
I placed an order but the goods did not arrive. I emailed customer services and received the following meaningless response "Hey Great hair lover! If you have ordered our Almost everything cream or Zhoosh please note this was a pre order as stated prior to purchasing and further delivery details can be found on the product page on our website." Not a company to be trusted
I ordered a product on 25/06 on the Hershesons website. Tracking it, I can see that it had been delivered but I have not received it. I wrote to the support email desk a week ago, no response. I called their phone number this morning, Louise advised that I should email the support desk and I explained that I had already done so. She said there's nothing she can do and said goodbye. Order #42600
I bought Almost Everything Cream thinking this was the answer to my hair problems! It didn't work so I wrote and asked for my money back. I was told that only unopened products could receive a refund and when i pointed out that it was difficult to know if a product would work without trying it i got to a brick wall. Since i bought two boxes i was "allowed" to return one for a refund and although they received it on 1st March I have not received any refund yet and am told: "Your return will be processed through our shipping department so this has been added to the returns queue once inspected this will then be automatically refunded". Don't ever buy anything from this company since their work ethic is nil and they are hiding behind Covid as an excuse for appalling service. Customer Service it is not!
If I could give negative stars, I would! I returned a product because it didn’t meet my expectations and received a notification of a refund but haven’t received the actual money back. Chasing the customer service for a month now without any response from them. I will have to deal with this issue via my bank. Very disappointing. Will never buy from them again!
