Well.......I do love your Almost anything Creme. It tames my difficult grey hair but trying yo contact your customer services at the Head Office email address or at the 02074341747 phone number is a total waste of time. The phone goes dead after a few rings. I subscribed to get a cheaper rate but I want to know how many weeks before I receive my next order. I cannot log onto my orders to find out because I've forgotten the password I used. Trying to reset my password requires my email address and the password I've forgotten. So I can't reset. Please will someone get back to me ASAP before I contact my Bank to decline all payments you request.

Bought the Zhoosh foam! Awful stuff. Just makes my hair sticky and dry. Tried to cancel subscription as have thrown first bottle in the bin and now they say you can only cancel after 3 purchases. What a complete farce. Avoid this company.

I reviewed my experience with Hershesons on 17 March. I am glad for the opportunity to write further… An explanation for the delay in response was given and accepted. The problem I was experiencing was dealt with to my total satisfaction, very promptly and amicably. I am very happy and the hairdryer is great, the best I have ever used. Additionally, the hair products are also, in my opinion, amazing. So thank you Hershesons.

I was looking forward to trying this product but it arrived and the pump didn't work. I followed the advice of customer services to put the container in warm water and take the bottom of the tube and push from underneath. None if which worked. I now have to pay to return it to them. Definitely won't order again after reading all the reviews on here and Facebook about the pump defects. Possibly a nice product but I'll sadly never know!

Bought a styling brush and it's been okay gets a bit hot at times when using hair dryer with it. Daughter dried my hair and the brush end touched my arm and has left me with a burn!. Email sent 3 days ago with pictures and still no response. Poor customer service.

I love using the almost everything cream but stopped buying it because it’s like a full body workout trying to get the blooming stuff out of the container. I had obviously forgotten this aspect of the product in a menopausal moment and purchased the large pot and a smaller one for my sister. How on earth I haven’t chucked it across the cliff top by now, I do not know My pot cost over £40 and I’ve managed to extract two applications out of it. Face it, the packaging is not fit for purpose The product inside could be the Elixir of life but if you can’t get it out of the packaging, what’s the point! I have pumped the thing over 50 times tonight and nothing! I’m quite tempted to go into the salon tomorrow to find out exactly HOW you’re meant to to do it. There has to be a technique that I’m missing but I’ve tried warming the container, I’ve tried turning the pump, I’ve tried massaging the container! Nothing! I have come close to taking a hammer to it in sheer, blind rage Change the packaging Hershesons! For Gods sake, change the packaging! Should I ask for a replacement or try and take the packaging apart and put the contents in a pot or just get my money back. Incidentally, my sister isn’t having much luck with hers either.

I ordered £25 of product back in November paid for 48 hour tracked delivery at an extra £5 Before any postal strikes. It never turned up and the CS has been horrendous. Rude dismissive and only when “RM sends the product back we’ll refund you 14 days later”. I think it’s got lost in the post and we’re almost in January. Never again. Crooks!!! Will complain to trading standards.

i accidentally started a standing order so a product came on the 5th december so I didn’t even touch it and brought a return label to send it back, sent it back yet have yet to hear anything from them. This prouduct was over £30 plus the postage I had to pay and my time sending it to the post office. I’ve emailed them and haven’t had any proper replies. This is ridiculous and as there’s no way to call them I can’t talk with a real person. I’m truly disappointed and would just like my refund.

Already im not enjoying my experience with this company, not only have i been charged for more product that i did not order, the one that i have used only3 times has run out, indicating it had been used by somebody before me?????? plus the product does not do what i expected, but to be fair to buy it was my choice and i just dont like it- but to be charged as a subscription which is what i think happened - question why would i subscribe to a product that i had bought for the first time ???? you would want to be sure you like the way it works before subscription, now i have read reviews that cancelled subscriptions dont get a response????? clever and typical NO PERSON TO SPEAK TO YOU - YOUR CARD DETAILS ARE IN THEIR SYSTEM, YOU CANT CANCEL AND U DONT WANT THEIR PRODUCT ....... I had a terrible hair colour experience and only wish I had done more research (looked at the previous reviews) because they both illustrate the precise issues I had when I went for a full head balayage at this salon. I cannot believe the service compared to the charge and repeat what a previous reviewer has said about the lack of communication/follow up. I was left to sit and dry my own hair and waited for a long time to try and tell someone that I was extremely unhappy with my colour. I left the salon after paying the hefty price tag only to see my reflection and decide I simply couldn't walk away so unhappy. I called the head office and they advised me to come back, which I did, and my hair was toned again. It made a slight difference, but was still nothing like what I had asked for. I was a brunette and had two colour consultations attempting to go blonde, sadly, I was left with copper/red hair after many hours at the salon. The difference between my picture references and the outcome was extreme. A side note to this is that as a client you are generally made to feel like a problem that needs to be hurried through the busy salon environment. There is no way near enough attention paid to apparently "high end" service. I reported all of this to the email address provided on the website as a formal complaint. I received a phone call from someone two days ago saying that they wanted to remedy the situation and that they would be in touch via email to organise a refund/discount. I have heard nothing, even after following up the call. I am now leaving a review in the hope that this will remind them to get back in touch and do the right thing. I urge you not to trust this salon with colour, especially if it is your first time changing your hair colour like it was mine. It was supposed to be an exciting treat to change my hair but it was really the opposite and I want a refund/discount so I can go and get my hair sorted out at a different establishment. I feel that my hair is damaged and that the colour was rushed. I am not someone who makes a habit of complaining or leaving a review but I really had to on this occasion. I have been coming to Hershesons for years to have my hair cut and am sad to say that I cannot return after this experience.

I signed up to the Almost Everything Cream subscription service in 2020 after ordering a few times and liking the cream. I never received my order and for months I heard nothing from Hershesons, yet they continued to take money from my account each month. Since then (2 years ago) I have tried to cancel my account over ten times, I have emailed the customer service address repeatedly and heard nothing back - I even went so far as to call the flagship salon in a desperate attempt to get hold of a customer service number. After that I heard nothing for months & hoped they had cancelled my subscription, until last week when I was informed by Hershesons that my upcoming subscription order would be placed next week. This morning I find they tried to take money out of my account but it was declined as I didn’t have enough in the account (I use Monzo pots). I don’t know how to get through to them and speak to an actual person who will cancel my account. If someone from customer service reads this (as you seem to for other posts) - please please will you just sort this out, as I don’t want to be charged for this product for the rest of my life.

I’m really upset from my experience. I spent £40 getting a blow dry for an event and was reassured the curls will hold and less than 1 hour later my hair is super frizzy and bushy and the curls have gone. My hair looks exactly how it does normally 1 hour after my blow-dry. I ended up having to wash and straighten my hair myself at home so I’ve just undone the entire experience and it felt like a waste of money. I have no issues with the customer service the woman who did my hair was lovely. But i was paying for a blow dry and didn’t end up getting that. After it was done no styling products like frizz control serums etc were put in. I took a photo at the time of the blow dry and 1 hour after and the difference is quite bad.

I ordered the new hairdryer on Sunday after reading about in the Sunday Times. I paid for next day delivery so it should have been dispatched yesterday. Nothing has arrived today and they don’t respond to emails or phone calls. I am sure they would respond if I was a celebrity but they really don’t care about ordinary people. I am flying out of the country early hours tomorrow and wanted the new hairdryer for my holiday. They haven’t even apologised

I have been to Hershesons a couple of times and it was fine. Went a couple of weeks ago, booked a 30 min appt because I had to go to a funeral. The stylist was really slow and I could tell there was no way we’d be done in time. He also made a total mess of my fringe and I had to be passed on to another stylist. I left 20 mins later than I should, they didn’t offer any discount even though they could see I’d been caused distress because I had to be at the funeral. When they sent me an email asking me to rate the experience, I was polite but honest, since when not a word. Clearly they’re not fussed if I ever go back or not.

I was ill on the day of my appointment and cancelled. They took the full amount from my account. Now they want proof of a medical appointment. This is not how you treat customers. They really try their luck. Avoid.

Similar to a few other products - e.g. Davines All In One Milk. It is quite good for frizz, but not really the miracle 'Almost everything cream' it is sold as.

The pump stopped working on my almost everything cream. The team suggested things to try and it worked again. The team member was friendly and assured me that they would replace product if I wasn't satisfied.

The postage on this is insane. I ordered a €15 and realised too late the postage was so high. Tried to cancel but it went though. So ended up paying nearly €50. It’s not worth it when you factor shipping costs. They should give you the option of slower shipping for a more reasonable price.
