Low price, fast service, great product.

My biggest complaint is shipping charges.$9.95 for <8oz of parts. or $9.95 for six screws. Why as consumers think this is okay and continue to buy from companies that do this, beats me. You also have to know exactly what you need as descriptions are lacking.

First they shipped the wrong part. Then I made repeated calls to resolve the matter. They never returned a single call. When I was able to get them on the phone they said they were looking onto it and would get back to me. They never did. Had to get Visa involved to get my money back. Whatever you need get it from someone else.

Did not receive the correct part. I have now sent pictures to show what is needed and hopefully this will help. Because you can't tell the "tone" in an e-mail message, I'm trying to not get more upset (feel like I'm being told I'm a liar or don't know what I am talking about). Hopefully the pictures will work (pictures are worth a thousand words) and we can get this resolved.

I got the right part I needed at a reasonable price.

The "merger" of Parts Town and Heritage was not a good thing in my opinion. I used Heritage because they conveyed the feeling that they understood what the parts was, how it worked and that they had experience out in the field. Parts Town was like calling a robot that only ran programs. A lot of good Heritage people left with the merger for some reason. "new" replacements were not the same and it has been a struggle.

As Always McDonald's Group are just = A W E S O M E !!!!! They have the BEST customer service, very knowledgeable of equipment, shipping fantastic. As Always - I still do believe when this group gets High Reviews - there should be some kind of incentives for each person !!! I thought the part was expensive but it sure beat buying a new oven ($560) ; the gasket was a perfect fit.

Paid for 2 day shipping and received the parts 6:00 pm on the fourth day. Sent a email and got no response
