I contacted heatzen about the New boiler, loft insulation, grant, I had an old baxi fire back boiler. From start to finish Mehmood kept me informed every step of the way, making sure I was happy with work being done. After the surveyor had been. I just waited about a fortnight with regular updates about the installation process of fitting a new system boiler and replacing my loft insulation from Heatzen. Fitters arrived early on the boiler installation day. They were friendly and worked hard. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Very happy with work carried out. A few days later the loft insulation guys came and replaced loft insulation, fitted vents on windows and an expeller in the kitchen. Again they were friendly and hard working. A Big Thanks Again to Heatzen for the quick organising and completing of my new boiler/loft insulation replacement. Would highly recommend

Zen worked the approval process effectively and efficiently, obtaining approval within 4 working days. Had Zen had their way the work would have been completed within about 8 days! In our case we wanted the Bosch Easy control and this delayed installation. Two teams of 3 were sent to install the new Bosch heater and TRV's , the other team insulated the loft, installed a ceiling fan in the bathroom and created trickle vents in 5 windows. Minimum mess- the old Bosch was removed as was the old loft insulation. All were easy going:nevertheless they completed the project in 2 days. Could do with a bit more product knowledge when calling in. If only our local plumbers were as good as this ....:)

Work was completed this week to install a new Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 condensing combi gas boiler and thermostatic valves on upstairs radiators under the Eco 4 funding scheme. It replaced a very old, inefficient boiler. Works included removing the old boiler, immersion cylinder and draining the header tank in the loft. A team of 4 worked swiftly (within a day) and professionally with a minimum of disruption. They were courteous and demonstrated an excellent level of expertise. The whole process, from contacting Heatzen to completion of works, took 2 weeks. A surveyor came to my property prior to installation of the boiler to assess the heating system and work to be undertaken. Mehmood from Heatzen kept me informed at every step and was very patient and helpful at answering my queries. Result - I now have an energy efficient boiler that is cheaper to run and heats the house so much better, which I could never have afforded. If you qualify for the Eco 4 scheme - not everyone does and checks have to be undertaken to ensure eligiblity - do not hesitate to use this company. I found them to be 100% reliable and professional.

We have just had a new boiler fitted by HeatZen. They completed the whole job in a day, even cleaned up after we cannot tell they have been here and they were very polite and explained the whole process. We are extremely pleased and are glad we used this company.

From first contact till the job was finished I was kept in the loop, workmen arrived when they said they would and in no time I had a new top of the range boiler. I couldn’t be any happier.

From the first contact and phone discussions about eligibility, and from the meticulous survey to the competent, skilful fitting , everything went smoothly . A new Worcester combi boiler was fitted in place of the ancient non condensing boiler , and the energy efficiency in my house has improved immediately . The replacement job can’t have been easy , as it involved the removal of old kit , replacing the flue on a high ladder and detaching and emptying the old water tank . All these jobs were done skilfully and respectfully . Last night my son was able to have his first long hot bath since we moved into the property! Highly recommend and thank you

A few weeks ago, my boiler broke, and then we read about the government ECO4 Scheme and were pleased to discover that we qualified for it. The form on the Heatzen site was easy to fill, and the new boiler installation was timely.

Just got off the phone, WHAT A HORRIBLE MAN!!!! I don't care if he's "generally" polite, he certainly wasn't with me and he certainly wasn't apologetic, he had a terrifible attitude from start to finish!

I can't believe how quick and easy the whole experience was. We spoke to Mehmood who was so helpful and kept us informed throughout the whole process. It was just two weeks between getting in touch with them and our new boiler being fitted. The team fitting the boiler were really friendly and efficient, they left no mess at all either. I cannot recommend them enough and couldn't fault them at all.
