The team both by phone and in person were professional, helpful and able to assist in getting my insulation fitted, a new boiler installed and other energy efficient appliances checked and installed to ensure that my house is now ready to keep me warm in winter! Salvador who came to install the boiler was very knowledgeable and kept all his work areas clean and tidy. He worked hard to complete the job to the highest standards and I am so pleased I took the opportunity to improve my energy efficiency in the house. Thank you.

Heatzen themselves were brilliant. They kept me up to date & informed with what was going on & my boiler was fitted within 10 days from 1st contact. The plumber on the other hand was a little bit of a different story. He was constantly shouting at his apprentice, spent no time checking the jobs he gave him to do. He drilled an earth wire through an external wall behind a downspout straight into the main fuse box & electricity meter and left it unpointed! Maybe the apprentice should have done it! He left a radiator not working then rang & asked me to sort it out for him because he didn't want to drive up here to sort it out. I contacted Heatzen who sorted the problem for me. I'm pleased with the boiler and the service al in all

This company went above beyond. They came and installed the boiler over the weekend. They couldn’t finish it Saturday as my wall is over 500mm thick they had to come back with the right drill bit. They did it Sunday morning first thing. Completely professional and can’t recommend them enough. The radiator in my son’s room wasn’t working. So they happily replaced the radiator and fitted everything they needed. HR team was very helpful really reassuring and nothing was a problem. We contacted via phone and what’s app and they where really easy to get hold off.

The team were excellent very polite and answered all the questions I asked. And help with my concerns. Thay said what thay were going to do all the time thay were here.

Was kept well informed by the office staff and the installation engineers were excellent they arrived when there said they kept me updated throughout the install and were extremely professional a true credit to your company thanks again heatzen

We had an excellent service experience using Heatzen for our boiler installation. Ali attended our home and went through all the paperwork taking his time to explain everything and listening to our needs and my anxieties about having installers in my home having had bad experiences in the past with other companies doing various work. The office kept us informed about the application and the time between Ali's survey visit and the installation was only a few weeks. I kept in touch with Ali during the application process and his response times were brilliant. The boiler installation team worked incredibly hard as we had a complex install - they were tidy, polite and friendly and were experienced installers. It was a hot day and they worked tirelessly in a horrible boiling hot loft! The boiler is superb, it is very quiet and our hot water has never been so hot! We had new radiator valves installed which will maximise cost savings. I would not hesitate recommending Heatzen and we are fussy people. THANK YOU we are so appreciative.

We had a new boiler and loft insulation done by heat zen , I found the extremely professional in every way they kept me update and answered any questions we had . The two guys that fitted the boiler were great and felt they knew exactly what they were doing and felt comfortable with them working in my home . Thank you heat zen .

I was calling them at 26 th April and going through the government Grant for new boiler. ( our home boiler was broken down at 23 rd of April). The survey was done at 3rd Friday at May . After that date i was keeping calling when they can done the wall insulation as they told me need to do the wall insulation and after boiler ! but they always telling me they have meetings and need find solution and will call me back in couple of hours . but they never called back . and i was keeping calling every 2 days . until today at 31st of May they told me they can’t do the wall insulation and can’t do boiler installation. we were no have hot water and shower more than 1 months and i am single mum have 2 kids all very young and no hot water and no have shower facilities all because they told me they can do it but in the end they not able to do it .

From start to finish Heatzen have been amazing! Every contact I have had with them has been clear, professional, informative, quick and accurate. The whatsapp communication is quick and easy and they get back to you straight away. The surveywas quick and easy and accurate. And finally the guys who actually installed the new boiler system were the best trades people I have ever encountered.
