My experience with Heatzen. Being a much older lady with disabilities, I am concerned about letting people into my home. At first I was very concerned as the gentleman who turned up to do the site visit had no badge or identification on him. He informed me that he had drove 4 hours from Manchester and had a very early start, he apologized for not having his badge, and he soon had me at ease. Fortunately it was all fine. (Ali), the site visitor took pictures of the inside and outside of the house for his report, and took all my details. My contact though the whole process was Mehmood, he was just amazing. He informed me about the whole process, he would keep me up to date when things were being done, so there were no unexpected surprises. The day before my new install of a new condenser boiler, radiators and valves, Jack the owner of the plumber company called me and said that he would be over seeing the install with Nathan one of his employees. The install should have taken two days, but with the bank holiday approaching, Jack wanted to get the install done in one day (13 hours’ work) The two boys arrived just before 7pm , they didn’t hung about. My old boiler was located in the loft, and as I said I’m an older lady, so I needed the new boiler installed into a new location. (into a cupboard in my bedroom). This meant all new pipes and a new opening for a vent on an outside wall. The two boys didn’t worry about this at all. They removed the old boiler from the loft and relocated the new one to the bedroom. They had to open up a drain so that the new pipes could go into. I was informed by Jack that new home builds, drains are covered over with cement, so Jack had to break up the cement and replace. Jack and Nathan showed me how to work the new boiler before they left. Jack completed the paperwork while Nathan cleaned up. I Would highly recommend this company for all work. Well done guys

The guys were brilliant from start to finish. Their van broke down and they arrived very late but got straight to work and worked until 2000. They gave me many options on where to locate my boiler what would be the impact and what I would need to consider. They checked with me the whole journey making sure I was happy with what was proposed.very happy with their work and had a great attitude

Heatzen delivered their promise and followed through. Within two weeks of my application they gave me an appointment and came and installed my new boiler It’s working and they left my flat cleaned up. Prior to applying to them I had applied to 4 other companies who left me in limbo waiting for over 6 months. I am very grateful and recommend them very highly. Thanks for a job well done.

The whole process of fitting a condenser boiler and removing my old boiler and tanks went very smoothly from start to finish. The filters were friendly, polite and very hard workers.

The plumbers started work as soon as they arrived. I had shown them the old boiler & discussed the report I had done on the suspected Asbestos substance. They organised themselves and began to drain down the system . Then it was up into the loft to deal with the two tanks up there They informed me today was about draining the system and tomorrow will be about installing the new boiler They were tidy and cleared up as they went. End of day one The second day was the same the plumbers safely removed my old boiler and secured the Replacement in the position I wanted. They fitted the new radiator valves & explained how to set them . They moved onto cutting apertures into the outside wall, then building the outside flu & drain pipes. The job was finished bar the paperwork and cleaning up. They removed all the old tanks , cylinder, redundant pipes & valve’s into the Van and left. After first explaining how the new boiler & control system worked. A job well done.

I had my boiler replaced,removal of water tank and new combi boiler installed in 2 days. we are really happy with the service. They arrive on time, explaining all the steps in the process, and really clean job! Really recommend them! 😉

Be aware for their useless service and nonprofessional staff. Leave my place really messy and they have very nonprofessional attitude

Just a massive thank you to Heatzen for coming to our rescue! With winter just around the corner, our boiler decided to conk out. We were facing weeks without heating, but then we found Heatzen. They were incredibly understanding and managed to squeeze us in the next day. The engineers, led by the ever-reliable Mehmood, were fantastic.
