I have new boiler installed today and commissioned it. The service I received is excellent. Jack and Drew went over and above to fix the boiler as required run new pipes from mains. Really good work and professional guys. I recomend to anyone. Well done Guys and keep the good work.

Luke and Wayne phoned ahead to tell me approx when would arrive - helpful. They were very pleasant and considerate, telling us when it would be noisy, thanking us for tea, etc. They laid down dust protectors and tidied up afterwards. At the end, Luke gave a clear explanation of how the system works.

The company was very honest, and kept in touch through out, answered all my questions. I had spoken to other companies and they were not this good. So I am very pleased with Heatzen. The gentleman who came to fit the boiler was very professional and answered all questions.

HeatZen sent two guys to change out the old boiler and fit a combi one, and they were friendly and helpful, checking in and sharing information throughout. Unfortunately some minor damaged was caused by the work (rusty water stained 6 of the sisal stair treads, multiple holes were drilled and a they asked for an old towel or blanket to protect the work surface, and this was damaged beyond repair – I was told the rust water would simply wash out, but it didn’t). However the only issue I told HeatZen about was the stairs (we simply dealt with the other stuff.) They did not hesitate to make things right and replaced the whole 13 stair treads even though individual treads could have been purchased individually. This however, ensured all the stair treads matched which we’re happy about. We appreciate that, prior to HeatZen beginning the work they kept us informed about the date and timing of the whole process, even though they had to re-schedule, and the company and their plumbers were professional throughout. We took a star off simply because the powers that be had the guys that came move the carbon monoxide monitor 3 times leaving holes in the wall and we kept finding dust in weird places days after – not their fault but we could have been warned 😊 .

I had a dated backfire boiler which was replaced by Heatzen. The service they provided from start to finish was excellent. The engineers, JACK and WILL were best at their job. They kept me in check of everything they were doing. No fuss no mess, protected and cleaned all the area they worked. Absolutely professional and knowledgeble. Will definitely recommend the team and Heatzen
