i have been waiting for my refund for 3 weeks now. everyone i have emailed with has been very nice but ultimately i still have not received any answers to my questions.

I use the nutri-honey in my coffee and it’s perfect. I can’t say I’ve noticed much in my body but I’m working on cleaning up my diet and getting healthy, so maybe I will notice that soon.

I have IBS which makes me feel nauseous all the time, takes me longer in the bathroom, etc. But all of that goes away when I consume Shilajit. And it also gives me and my boyfriend so much more energy, and just puts you in a good mood.
