Completely hard...cannot get it out of jar. Unable to use until I can figure a solution. Just received an email stating I have another order on way. I did not order anything more. Tried calling to verify they have made a mistake but only get voice mail. No one has called back. Not happy.

I love my shilajit my 2nd time ordering it helps give me that boost in the am since I no longer drink coffee I rely on it first thing in the morning I make my shilajit with hot water honey and lemon so delicious and every once in a while if I’m in a hurry I just use the nutri honey
