I began using Natural Shilajit Resin about 6 weeks ago in my coffee. I’m a live-in caregiver working 15 hours a day. I have energy, stamina, it stabilizes and focuses my thoughts. I noticed I’m more even tempered and patient with my client.

My entire family (excluding the toddler grandkids) are using this product. My spouse, 2 grown sons (even the one who is so finicky he rarely tries anything new), 1 son’s wife & his mother-in-love. I also recommend going very slowly starting with a tiny amount. Several have experienced intense sleepiness if they took a higher dose…..we are all proceeding slowly as we acclimate. The resin is very sticky but we prefer this than capsules. It is easy to dissolve with our instant hot water features. We add it to our tea or coffee on an empty stomach. With the beginning doses we are on (grain of rice or less), there has been very little taste. Highly recommend!

I have placed my order on 7/12/2021 never got it, emailed several times however, it takes them up to two weeks to respond. Requested my refund on 8/8/2021, they did cancel it, however, I still have not received it yet. This is unexpectable.

I love this stuff, my energy is consistent throughout the day no crash, my head feels so much more clear like someone jumped in and cleaned up all the clutter. Definitely recommend.

Shilajit is too legit to quit! I use it every morning in my tea. I love knowing that I am working to decalcify my pineal gland and reach a higher level of consciousness.

I would never share, recommend nor buy another product from this company . Product , amazing but customer service is horr-i-ble . It has been 30 business days since they claimed my refund was on its way .Everytime I ask about my refund the response is "its on its way, please be patient" .Do not expect to ever recieve communication via phone & expect to wait hours to days for a response . Its unfortunate I have to take other measures to try to recieve a refund for a product that I also paid money out of pocket to return .

My wife and I are both taking both the Resin and the Honey. She likes the ease of the honey sticks. It has only been a little over a week, but I seem to have better focus. Maybe its mind tricks, maybe not. We will definately order more and keep going for several months prior to making a really educated decision based on our personal experiences. The guy we met who told us about this product swears by it and the benifits of these products. We saw him putting this black goo into a cup of hot water at the restaurant we go to all the time. Asked him about what it was and he proceeded to give us all the reasons he is taking it. (come to think about it, my wife has not complained about her hip in the last week). Anyway. Time will tell, but so far so good.

I like shilajit and take it every other day . I think it helps my immune system and keep me strong. I used to get colds every other month or so and now I am free of colds .
