Placed my order last month and on email it says order has been delivered but got nothing from them.

This place is a scam. They do not respond to any emails regarding ending subscription or returns. I would not purchase this item. Run far away!!

Not sure what happened but I placed an order on February 25th and money was taken out of my bank account. I was waiting for a confirmation email and instead received an email saying my order wasn’t completed. I clicked the link and payed for my order AGAIN. I then received a SECOND email saying that my order wasn’t completed. I check my bank account and I was charged TWICE and received NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR MY ORDER. I then sent a message to Valeria and got an automated message saying that I would hear from a customer agent shortly. It has been 3 days and I still haven’t heard back. I don’t even have an order number, and I’m now missing $176.62 CAD from my bank account. I am beyond disappointed and hope to hear back from the company as soon as possible, and to hopefully get an explanation for this. I would like to have one of my orders fulfilled and a refund for the second one I didn’t want. EDIT: Heard back from the company today and was told the two orders had already been shipped. They were very nice and offered to return one of the two orders. Still rating 2/5 stars because unfortunately I never got a confirmation email for the orders and instead got "order not completed" emails even though the order did in fact go through. This is definitely something they should look into to avoid issues like accidentally paying for a product more than once. If you are planning on ordering from this company be sure to ignore the "order not completed" email if you're certain you paid and the funds have already been taken out of your account. Don't forget to message the customer support email to double check. Otherwise a pleasant experience and am looking forward to trying this product.

Placed my order and paid on 01/25/2023 and a week later my order's status is still unfulfilled.. I have no tracking code i have reported an issue and still there is no response or answer!

I’ve been in contact with the company and even though it took a little while I have received my order and some additional products as a compensation for the wait. So all in all a good experience with great customer service.
