I have used health monthly a number of times in the past and always been happy. Unfortunately I have been waiting for an order for months now, when I email to ask what is happening, I don’t get an answer to my question asking where my order is, I just get a reply saying sorry it’s delayed. Terrible customer service

Item did not arrive. Then had the audacity to ask for a review. AVOID *to answer you’re reply. Maybe send emails to inform customers items are running late and turn off your ask for a review automation until items are sent

I have ordered over three months ago and am still awaiting my product. I have contacted them several times for a refund but just got an automated response, blaming the Covid crisis. There is no phone number to speak to anyone about this. This company is a rip off, they take your money and fail to deliver. To avoid disappointment, I would avoid buying anything from this place.

I have waited two months for a UK delivery. I have had three requests for updates and have two identical responses telling me how individual and unique our relationship is and how I should not leave an unfavorable review because of the global health crisis. Apparently they don't know that this crisis was navigated almost completely on the postal and delivery system of this country. My request for a refund has not been responded to so i suppose our unique and special relationship is no longer as deep a bond as it was when they took my money and failed to deliver the goods.

Please consider putting back your UK delivery charge policy, the new one is very costly and you will loose your customers like this

I placed an order on 30th July 2020. The money was taken shortly afterwards. And then I waited...Was notified this order would arrive by 10th September ! Well, it didn't. Got in touch with the company and was asked to wait until 24th September. Nothing arrived by then. Got in touch and was promised it would be dealt with. How ? By refund or exchange ? Then on 29th September get a notice of refund. But no mention of how much (one small item of the order had been delivered in August) as it was not straightforward. Now I wait to see if they have omitted to refund my postage which was considerable. Last time I ever order from this company. Have had several problems in the past about late delivery. Customer legislation states an order should arrive within 30 days of ordering. They make a mockery of that !

The item I wanted wasn’t in stock. They told me when it became available so I could order it. Delivery was fast, as always. Goods were the same high quality.

I paid without getting my item. So, don’t order from this company cause your not getting any from it! I’m really not happy to give away my money. The service was horrible and I didn’t have my money back! Don’t ever shop here

Product did not arrive. On ordering, 1 month delivery stated. This was then extended to 7 weeks. It has now been 9 weeks, no update provided. This not the first time a extensive delivery time has been experienced, a minimum of 2 months stock is needed in the house when ordering

I heve been just advised about de delay and i eaited calm for the aarival of my order. It arrived just today, 28 th September. That's all right and next time i'll order before one or two weeks . Any problem at all. All the best wishes.

The delivery system of this company is a total shambles. They may blame covid-19, but other companies are managing just fine with their deliveries. I have had delivery problems with them several times before there ever was a covid-19. In fact, their deliveries have always taken a long time. They seem to have systemic issues. In this most recent incident, the product was shipped weeks after I ordered it (according to their email), and it never arrived. They do a good range of products at reasonable prices but given the above problems, I will not be using Health Monthly again.
