Avoid this company at all costs. I have been waiting for 2 months for tablets, I'm uk based. You cannot communicate by phone. Emails take 24 hours to answer. I just want my money refunded. Senior citizen.

Place an order on the 5th August and did not receive it. Tried to call therm several times to know what happened to my order, but no one picked up their line. Each call divert you on an automated messages saying sue to the the high demand they had to disconnect the phones as their staff are dealing with a high demand. The same happened when you tired to contact them via email. I sent few emails through their website (as this is your only option you have) and got only automatic replies. No actioning what so ever to my order not been delivered. Today is the 1st October but still no sign of my order. I placed orders before with them and di not have this issue. Real shame as I will not use them again.

Terrible company to deal with. I ordered 4 of the same item at the beginning of August and they gave me a delivery time of mid September and it’s now 2 weeks late. You cannot get in touch with anyone at the company and I have now sent them 3 emails without a response. They are blaming Covid however I ordered the same items elsewhere and they arrived after less than one week from order!

The order never arrived, I have repeatedly asked for a refund and keep being fobbed off stating that Covid is the reason I have not yet received my order. I ordered on the 3.8.20!!! Have not experienced delivery problems with any other Company. You cannot speak to anyone at this company or live chat, just email, for which you have to wait days for a reply. Had to put in the hands of my Bank for a refund. Would never order from this company again!!!

AFTER ordering told that my products would arrive a month and a half later. It's now two months. Still waiting... This is the second time this has happened. Don't order through this company. Shocking delivery service

I’m still waiting for my order and it’s been 8weeks . I emailed this company and had a reply saying because of covid it would be delivered end of sept but still waiting . I have called the customer service number and says it has been temporarily disabled 😳😳😳😳😳 What does that mean . It seems that so far it’s a scam and lost 40 odd pounds ££££ Don’t say you haven’t been warned people and give this company a wide birth

Even one star is toooo much. TERRIBLE SERVICE, POORE ORGANISATION, POORE COMMUNICATION. I am waiting alrdy three weeks for delivery, and just had reply back that warehouse in America (I am in Europe) does not have any AVAILABLE quantity of the product, and expect delivery next week, and then will despatch. So I probably will receive my order for Christmas. TERRIBLE, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. YOU WILL GET IT AFTER TWO MONTHS.

This is an easy Company to deal with. The only drawback is that sometimes there is a delay in supply but that is because of stock being sent from the USA. I have no hesitation in recommending this Company to friends and family.

My order never arrived.Numerous emails to customer service with no resolution. Kept being advised ‘will arrive, delayed by Covid’’. Have asked for refund and told to wait 8 weeks to consider package lost. Will not be ordering again

Ordered on the 3 August 2020. Still not delivered today on 30 September 2020. I have complained numerous times via email (phone lines not active) and all I get is the same lame excuses about COVID and delays in the postal service. I have requested a refund but nothing back yet. I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow. Absolutely awful company. Do not use them. If it were possible, they would get zero stars from me.

I have placed the order in beginning ofAugust, though will receive mu Folic acid soon as I needed it. Few days after received the mail It will Be DISPATCHED ON 16th SEPTEMBER, No parcel has arrived as yet 30th SEPTEMBER. I have emailed few days ago asking for my parcel- no answer still just automated generated emails. ... zero respect to the customer

Ask for a review of your products and service. How ludicrous! I ordered my goods 4th August and still waiting for them to arrive. Asked for a refund a month ago, still waiting for that too. No goods. No customer service. No refund. Your company has clearly continued taking people's money with no dispatch of products. Everyone has been affected by covid not just your company, but you have no conscience to continue taking orders/money and not delivering. You have lost a loyal customer!
