I have used the sea moss soap for the past month and it has honestly changed my skin. It cleared up all of my existing blemishes and has changed the texture of my skin completely. I highly recommend this soap to anyone who suffers from acne or irregularities in skin texture. I have just started using the gel and although it’s only been 3 weeks, I have seen a change in my energy levels. I have cut down on coffee and my workouts in the gym have gotten so much better.

I also I find a lot of the other brands packaging is not great at all compared to Health & holistics who have really taken care on beautiful aesthetic packaging which looks lovely alongside my other premium products. I really love the personal touch to everything they do! Also their soaps smells just unbelievable you can still smell them in the bathroom for ages after use. Highly recommended.
