It's been great to see the growth and evolution of Health and Holistics, they started out with a vision to use sea moss as a means for healing and fast forward to today they have helped and inspired a number of people and will only continue to grow. Their sea moss products are of high quality and they have definitely helped me with my digestion and energy levels. From the product to the customer service, everything was amazing. My order was like three weeks late, but I’m a pretty chill person and I understand things happen so no reason to cause a fuss. When I reach out to them about it, their representative was so kind and considerate and made sure to rectify the problem all while showing genuine care for the people who purchases their company’s products. It was wonderful. Shoot I just may want more problems to happen so I can have other interactions with their team haha. Customer love aside, the product was awesome as well. Though I’m no sea moss expert, what I received seemed of amazing quality to me and has caused me to become a repeat buyer. I truly do wish for the longevity of this company because I will continue to purchase from them. I am no bot and I don’t think a bot would say that lmao. I’m a simple guy who finally took a chance of what other people were suggesting and I don’t regret the choice I made.

Good products

I just love the quality of the products and the knowledge of the team when I've spoken with them. I was using another brand of Black Seed Oil for years and decided a few months ago to change to the Health & Holistics brand after sampling it at a health event I attended and I have to say, the difference is incomparable! Not only will I be using these products for a long time to come, but I've also been telling my friends and family to do the same.

Product still not received and no response from emails ! Will not use again

Ordered off recommendation from a family friend..her skin is glow after using the capsules...much easier to use than the gel in my opinion but that's more because I would forget to consume in gel form. Will be a repeat customer

Amazing product, already feeling more energetic and productive within a week of taking.

Not the fault of the company necessarily however on opening the bag I noticed one of the jars had been dropped, which meant the gel had leaked. As this is a perishable product I got in contact. I’ve emailed from two different emails and called and haven’t heard back. I’m sorry to rate so low but customer service has to be better than that, especially as I now only have a very small jar which can be used and has cost me £40 with shipping
