The products I have purchased so far have worked well both inside and out. I use the soap to clean the skin on my face and it keeps it clean, soft and even helps me keep some acne pimples at bay.
Health and holistics have absolutely smashed it!!! The packaging is so good that my seamoss got delivered to be freezing cold! Amazing stuff😍 My seamoss also came with a seamoss soap sample which is great as I can test it out before purchasing it. I’m looking forward to purchasing more products from this place!

Ordered 3x sea moss soap 'oat so fresh' and only one was delivered. Have tried to contact multiple times but clearly not bothered. Currently paid £29 for 1 bar of soap. Won't be using again. Very difficult considering I spent over a year to find a product that really stops my exema from flaring up.
Ordered 120 capsules of shilajit sea moss only received 60 in the post. Extremely disappointed with the service.

Bought the Immunity capsules at the Black Owned Hackney Market event and I am very grateful for finding this stall and making this purchase. I’ve been looking into taking seamoss for years but with so many different companies, you never know which to go for. It was great talking to the guys and getting a full breakdown of the benefits of seamoss, how to use the gel, it’s versatility and the fact that you could buy the capsules too. Being a mum of 3, with my youngest being 8months, I barely sleep and so my energy levels have been low. I’ve been taking the capsules for a week now and I can definitely feel the difference in the boost of energy I have, which has had a positive effect physically as well as mentally. (I have also been a little gassy which I think is due to my body clearing waste, getting used to the capsules and changing to cleaner diet.) But I can’t wait to see what further results using these capsules will have as I plan to is the soap and gel too. Thank you so much H&H. You’ve definitely gained a forever customer ❤️
The product is good. However the service is not. I paid for express delivery where the product should arrive in 1-2 business days. I received the product 1 week later. Don't waste your money on express delivery!

I recently started using the sea moss capsules , power and the gel and alhamdulillah my skin has done a 180 and completely transformed and i no longer feel reliant on herbal medication and feel so much more energy and my skins looks better and I am now addicted to sea moss , i recommend everyone to try this sea moss and see the effects of it for yourself.

I was never convinced that sea moss would work but I am a convert! My friend recommended this company and I ordered sea moss capsules to try. I have IBS and terrible indigestion and the Sea Moss has helped with this massively - I would recommend this to anybody who has stomach or guy health issues. Well done H&H
