Very easy to buy and quick delivery. The product came very well closed. The product is very good quality, i tried other sea moss and they aren’t as good as Health & Holistic. The texture is perfect and the taste is very real.

My order was two weeks late but they threw in an extra soap and did communicate that there was a shipping error. However, in my order of sea moss gel, it started getting mouldy after only a couple of days of being opened. When I contracted them, I was emailed and offered a refund or replacement. I opted for the refund but have since heard nothing back and it’s been almost a month. Still waiting for £35 refund and have had no contact despite multiple tries.
