I placed an order which failed to arrive , I rang Hayloft and was told they would send another as they were in stock and I would receive in 2/3 days. When my order failed to materialise I contacted them again only to be told they were not in stock. I am now awaiting a refund . If they had just told me it was out of stock I wouldn’t have minded.

The plants arrived on time, very well packaged and excellant quality - two in bud!. I would shop with Hayloft again.

This was my first order with Hayloft - part order of small plant arrived with rest of order to follow in Spring. I must say the packaging of the little plant was exceptional - secure and very healthy. I feel confident in the next delivery and will be happy to order again from Hayloft.

Lovely quality plants But One of the plants had roots growing into the pot so I had to cut the pot to get plant out. I maybe misread the order. I thought it meant I was getting 3 white and purple plants all the same. What I got was 3 different plants, one white with purple speckles, one white with purple frilled edges and one purple.

It was a fast and easy transaction, especially to N.Ireland. Will use again and recommend Hayloft.
