Generally the plants were well wrapped. The plants were healthy on the whole, though 2 plants were very straggly..a heather and a hellibore. One of the hellibores was just 1 stem with one leaf broken off. The forsythia had a lot of exposed roots and possibly should have been better covered with soil. I couldn't find how to upload pictures, sorry.

Purchased a 7cm pot of,Clematis Constance, it arrived safely and speedily but no sign of stem or shoot or anything. I have photographed it on arrival and now wait to see if anything grows....

I expected three saxifrages of three different reds, as confirmed by you. But I was delivered three identical reds. I obviously had to unpack them and water them but I am not happy. Please can you send me the three different reds and I will somehow try to return the three identical ones, if you would send me a prepaid postage label.
