Harriet Ellis staff are really helpful Ellie pointed me to the right direction and was very good talks to u step by step ,the manager Raanan is excellent,am now dealing with Lucy she is very good too. All the staff who I spoke to have good customer service and are polite.so far so good thanks

I was very happy with the phone call I received, the lady was very polite and patient and explained very well what I needed to know. I now have a good understanding of the course and received excellent service.

The lady I spoke to was so lovely I believe her name was Ellie however I could be wrong but she was amazing and her communication skills were incredible, her questions were easy to answer and she gave an overall amazing service.

i am satisfied with the service i received, the lady i spoke to (Ellie Holland) was extremely helpful and was very patient. she helped me with the application process and did so quite efficiently. overall, i am happy with the process so far.

If I could give this company no stars I would. If only I had gone on here before I signed the finance documents. If you decide to withdraw from the course if you don’t want to do dental nursing anymore you will have to pay back the whole 2 and a half grand!!! Even after I had paid £250 deposit and 3 monthly instalments of £88. I wasn’t even asking for a refund- just not to continue paying for something I am not receiving anymore. The actual course was terrible anyway, hardly any interaction with them, I attended one online class which was just someone reading off a PowerPoint. This has caused me so much stress and I’ve been really upset that I’ve got to pay all of this money back. It really is a scam and I can’t believe they can get away with this. Please don’t make the same mistake I did!!
