The person (Shannyn Stiffell) I talked to was very polite and helpful she made sure to tell me that the conversation was being recorded for training purposes and provided me with the information i needed e.g. that the classes would be online and made sure I knew what I was signing up for. Also said that if I didn’t succeed in getting the apprenticeship with the practice I applied for they would help me find other vacancies.

Spoke to Ellie and Lucy on the phone, they were pleasant and friendly and tried to answer all my enquiries, which is why I've given 3* I wasn't very happy with the communication I received about the actual course requirements, as I was informed about the documents I needed to provide as evidence at the very last minute, meaning I wasn't able to acquire them in time.

All the girls are absolutely lovely! Will help in anyways they can!
