Chelsea was fantastic and very helpful. She promptly answered all the questions I had and gave me a good understanding as to what the apprenticeship entailed. Overall she was very helpful and kind.

Chelsea Darcy was really helpful throughout the whole process and was very kind on the phone. She’d email me if a document was incorrect or if She needed more information or applications.

Chelsea was amazing at explaining the application process and how it would go forward. She was lovely and polite and made me feel really at ease! Everything was straight forward and not complicated and she made the phone call extremely pleasant!

Horrible company to deal with, do not use them. They are only interested in your money. The tutors have too many students so don't actually provide you with any help. I paid for my course in 2 payments and they lost one of the payments. Then continued to bombard me with debt letters even though I'd sent them proof of payment. I ended up paying extra for the course plus a £40 fee on top just for them to leave me alone. The stress was unbelievable, they really don't care about you. Please use any other training provider and see all the previous reviews as well. DO NOT USE.

I had a very nice and easy chat to Ellie who registered me . She was very polite and helpful . She gave me all the information I needed and reassured me about any worries I had. I had a great experience overall

They were very quick to reply back and the interviewing process was simple. They've been very helpful setting up the interviews and supporting me through it.

I think the Harriet Ellis program is very good . Very polite . I would say very clear explanation of what do it in any phone calls or emails sent , I was always reassured which is good for me as I do get quite nervous as I’ve just left school and now “going into the real world” . However I did call one time and left a message I didn’t get a call back or an email but I understand how busy they are and I sorted my problem out in the end :overall a great place to be apart of

I am currently in search for a dental nursing apprenticeship and I have been in contact with Ellie who has explained most of the information to me. Through out this she has been very helpful and reassuring which I appreciate.

I started a dental nursing course with Harriet Ellis in November 2020 and all courses are done online but the tutors online only taught from a PowerPoint and then left us to do a workbook. Sometimes it was so hard to focus as there was background noise and the tutor didn’t always explain and give us time to write notes. I had 4 tutors, and apart from Natasha, the rest were very substandard. They weren’t very thorough and when Natasha took over she was correcting corrections missed by previous tutors!! Natasha was the most amazing tutor. She was friendly, helpful and supportive and offered to help as much as she could in regards to exams. The DMT team didn’t really keep us updated and weren’t very helpful when it came to support or problems any of us were having which also made it very hard for my practise to keep in contact as they didn’t offer any support to my practise and tips on how to help me with my work. I was so glad when the course was over and I qualified as I can now continue my learning without the added stress of deadlines and endless workbooks. I am very thankful to Natasha as she helped me so much with my course and workbooks and making sure it was all marked correctly and sent off

Lucy At Harriet Ellis went over and beyond to assist me and was so patient. What an asset to the organisation.
