AVOID!!! If you read all the positive reviews, you will notice that they are all from people that are still during the application stage of their course, not people who have actual experience of Harriet Ellis as a training provider. I was previously carrying out an Apprenticeship in Animal Care and Welfare, but Harriet Ellis decided they were no longer going to be running this course, 8 months in. They tried to find another training provider to transfer myself and other students to, but were unsuccessful, which we barely received an apology for. I am now left with no way to complete my apprenticeship, meaning I have wasted many hours learning and completing assignments. Aside from this, Harriet Ellis have been very poor from the start. When applying for my apprenticeship, they were calling me every day (speaking to me quite patronisingly and constantly getting my details wrong), but as soon as they had confirmation that they would be getting their money from me getting an apprenticeship, they didn't bother contacting me until I started the course. The course content itself seemed as if it had been thrown together without any thought, with PowerPoints being full of spelling and grammar mistakes, and a lot of content being repeated. As good as Harriet Ellis may seem when they are signing you up to one of their courses, they will massively disappoint you and waste your time, so I would advise looking elsewhere.

This apprenticeship provider was the worst one ever to exist. They have poor communication and organizational skills, poor time-management, staffing issues and they are never available when you need them! Unprofessional, would never recommend.
