I thought I was getting edge pieces with my order but that turned out to not be true. It would have made the job so much more simple and less time consuming but I made do. Would also have been much cleaner looking result. Check your order and make sure they are on the order before you hit the PLACE ORDER button
Right from placing the order, clarifications sought on the way, to delivery was a smooth process. Since the delivery is managed by another company, a closer follow up/coordination between Greatmats & Freight company can make the process even more smooth.

I found Greatmats while exploring flooring options for a home gym where the existing flooring is carpet. I found their website to be very informative regarding their products, with details around product specifications, installation, and even a calculator for determining how many tiles you will need to cover the floor area for your project. Ordering was a simple process and order status could be accessed via your account on their website. I was notified via email with tracking information when my order shipped, and delivery of my order was within the estimated time when my order was placed. The quality of the StayLock Tiles that I ordered is great, and installation was very straight forward. I can definitely recommend Greatmats and their StayLock Tiles!
I love the mats! They came as expected. My project is not progressing as I had hoped. Still haven't been able to install all of the mats so not sure if I will need more. Thank you for your attention.

Eric helped me through the entire process. The shipper lost part of my order and when I called Eric her had the problem resolved within 24 hours and the lost part of my order was delivered the next day. This company offers Great customer service and stands by their name Greatmats!
Still hasn’t shown up…paid $500+ for delivery and it was supposed to show last Wednesday!

It took me MONTHS to find the underlayment I needed for a simple outdoor space project and Greatmats delivered!! The drain tiles were easy to install and allowed us to have wall to wall turf in our cosy outdoor patio! So easy to install and the customer service I received was exceptional!

Great product- very happy with this purchase for my son’s playroom.
The product was delivered rather quickly as it only took two weeks instead of the quoted 8. But it wasn't the 'firm' style that I specifically, via phone, requested...but the 'soft' style of carpeted foam 6'×42' grey ...that had 'cuts' on the underside black foam every few inches along the entire length. But it's been in use and seems to be performing ok. 508-272-6074
