Excited to get your product. Exceptional quality and looks nice in my basement. Thankful we will be able to take up the tiles - if we get any water due to heavy rainfalls ( as we had this early summer). We numbered the tiles on the back as we laid them - this way we know where each tile goes if they ever need to come up due to water. My reason for the four out of five star - we ordered the dark gray and I would say the color in our basement showed it closer to a denim blue color. I don’t mind the color but I was expecting dark gray. The daylight bulbs we have in our basement might be some of the issue of changing the color - not sure. Otherwise very satisfied with choosing these tiles.

The quality of the LVT carpet received was what was expected for this premium pproduct. The installation video with the person doing the installation steps was not the same as the written instructions.

The mats are great. I have them for the garage where the weights are and it's much better with the cushion. They come with extra edges to give it a good look. I'd buy more.

Swift lead times and shipping. Customer service could be better as we didn't receive an invoice prior to placing the order and emails were not being sent to us from the agency.
Pleasant and knowledgeable customer service
We found Great Mats to be a better quality with greater thickness than similar mats, and at a better price. The multiple boxes of mats were delivered one the same day. They clicked together quickly. We liked the edging that finishes off the block of mats. The multi-colors help kids learn about personal space. The students are happy to sit on the mats because they're comfortable.

The tiles were not quite enough, some of them did not click in so we were using ones that we needed to cut at the very end which we taped down. Also, there was not enough tape sent. The contacting the truck companies was OK for one truck and not OK for another.
