The people at greatmsts and the product both were better than expected. I installed 500 Sq ft in a small apartment. Lots of cutting (use carpet knife over utility knife) and it took only about 6 hrs.

The product is a great quality and it arrived earlier than we expected.
I requested a sample to make sure that I had the right mat. However, the sample was very small and did not show that your mats would not line up with the same pattern as my mats. So, when I called to return your mats, I was told that I would be paying for my return shipping and being charged a 25% restocking fee, which I think is ridiculous.
Exactly what I expected
The Marley is fine, but the rolls came in to where when you roll it out, the Marley is upside down, which made it much more difficult to lay down the flooring.
Left a message requesting callback to purchase one of the "scratch and dent" package deals. Got a call back the same afternoon. Even though this was a small purchase, the customer service rep was very helpful and efficient. The mats were barely scuffed, and they look great in our laundry entrance. They are the high quality product I expected based on a previous order.

Greatmats offers the best options! I desperately wanted carpet in the room we are sleeping in but because the room is only temporary while we piece away at our upstairs - so I started looking for something that I could easily remove & re-use. Everywhere else I only found carpet squares that were not plush. Whoever came up with the idea of these plush carpet rectangles and the friction pads underneath is incredible. They are perfect for us trying to get by in a just-bought-old-farmhouse Budget.

We got the rubber mats for out dog training center. It was easy to put down, looks great and most importantly easy to clean. Before we had the foam agility mats, which has better grip for the dogs, but it got too scratched up, which made it harder to clean. We just put the new rubber mats over the agility mats. So far so good! Dieuwke
Shipping is ridiculous. I paid $80 for 12 3x4 tiles & 12 female borders. Once received & installed I seen I needed some male borders as well. I tried to reorder 6 which was only $17 but shipping was $30 that’s ridiculous
