Placed an order for a parcel box, received confirmation of the receipt of order pretty promptly. 10 days later I'd not received any communication with respect to when I'd receive the order. I followed up by email, received a response indicating that there had been an issue with the couriers and that they would get back to us. It is now 20 days after placing the order, 10 days after following up for the first time and I've still had no communication or received the order. I'd prefer open honest communication. Very disappointed.

I really love the stool and it fits perfectly for its purpose. I did ask a question twice about the stool before getting an answer which turned out to be incorrect, the stool legs have a rust metal finish which I questioned about the rust colour coming off, the answer to my question was no, not correct and when the stool arrived the plastic protecting the stool was covered in rust, so I have had to go to further expense to cover the feet of the stool to protect my bedroom carpet, so a bit disappointed about this but as I say, love the stool,maybe not so much the customer service
