Purchased a light pull. Not an expensive item but I still expect it to work and to get a call back when promised. The item is supposed to come with a cord but this is missing and there is no way to attach one. Contacted Grace & Glory by phone. 10 days later I am still waiting for a call back. Appalling service.

Purchased a beautiful hook for the kitchen. Arrived very quickly. The wall turned out to be rubbish so couldn't put it up.... On the plus side I will put it in the hall instead and will need a few more. Great quality and great customer service.
The product was underwhelming and very overpriced. It didn't come with any advice or equipment to fix it on the wall and I felt like I'd been a prize fool buying it when I could have bought one exactly the same for a third of the price, that included screws to fix it with. Returns are so expensive that you feel stuck with it. Wouldn't buy from here again.
