The product not only came lower in price than other places stocking such a similar item. It also came in many different materials, colours, and styles which helped enormously!! It was also sent out with care and attention. I've never received a product so well wrapped. You could see the care and attention that was put into the packing process in terms of the product that I had chosen was wrapped to make sure that I didn't break during its travels. I really appreciated this! I shall definitely be buying from here again! Thankyou!

We had a really poor experience dealing with this shop - probably my worst online. I bought an outside light from them, it arrived without a baseplate so in our view this was not safe for outside use. We called the shop for help, owner told us he wasn't sure about the technical aspects of the light so would contact manufacturer. We had to chase for this help, eventually the owner agreed that a return was appropriate and he would refund light and postage. We sent recorded delivery but two weeks after return confirmed by shop they hadn't refunded - I had to chase them. Then they said they wouldn't return the postage. It was an awful experience and I'm surprised they've asked me to review them. So much stress with them hanging onto my money for so long, misleading us over return postage, selling goods not fit for purpose and generally not helping.

I've ordered several items and they always arrive promptly. They are very helpful on the phone and when an item was damaged a replacement was sent very quickly.

Having called Grace & Glory Home to enquire about a rim lock the staff very kindly went out of their way to find exactly what I needed. When the lock arrived I was delighted. However, during fitting it scratched very easily. So whilst it works well it does look shabby. Sorry for the mixed review. I would buy other stock though as I believe this is probably just a single stock issue.

I have ordered a couple of items now and have been very pleased with the quality of the products. My last purchase was out of stock but I received a call straight away, I was able to change the address and was sent the item by courier. I still received the goods within 5 days of placing the order you don't get service like that very often very impressed.

Looking for spare part for outside light - the glass surround. Found this shop on line and then phoned the shop to confirm and make sure It was the right part. They were very helpful and it arrived well packaged, in one piece and when they said it would arrive. Thank you and excellent.

I am pleased with the large doormats we purchased. Nice modern design and much larger than the tiny ones sold in the supermarkets which don't last very long at all. Items well wrapped although outer packaging was a bit damaged on arrival. Prompt delivery. Would buy from again.
