Shaker-style peg board, received quickly and as per item description. Only negative comment concerns finding the item on the website, this was not so straightforward, ie the smaller ones would come up but not the larger.
Easy to order came through quickly, emails to keep you updated on despatch of goods, the wood and marcel wax on offer in sale are amazing giving great results on my oak furniture
Signed up for a 10% offer which didn't materialise. When I contacted the company to query this, the response was thinly-veiled defensive irritation. This made an already negative experience seem less like a one off mistake and more like a company attitude. My advice? If a customer has a query or complaint, deal with it professionally and diffuse the situation. Don't be arrogant and dismissive. Graceless and Inglorious might be a better name for this company.
